The Serious Foodie Gourmet Sauces Are Here!
We have had a lot of experience serving up high end food and wine over the years, and we’ve been looking at ways to help everyone take home the gourmet experience without the hassle.
Over the years, we’ve learned techniques and tricks from many professional chefs, and we’ve attended courses in culinary skills around the world. We’re now taking these experience to you – through a line of gourmet sauces, rubs, and vinaigrettes which will enable the home cook to produce restaurant level food using simple techniques.
- A Mediterranean-inspired pomegranate finishing sauce – great with poultry, fish, and vegetables
- A Peruvian-inspired cooking sauce using the Aji panca pepper and blood oranges – slightly spicy, with lots of layers of flavor. Great with poultry and fish, but is also great as a finishing sauce for smoked pork ribs and brisket.
- A New Mexican-inspired cooking sauce using roasted Hatch chilies – we suggest you use this sauce for cooking pork or chicken. It can also be used as a salsa, a base for soup (think green gazpacho), or as a baste for grilling.
- An Southern Italian-inspired Fig-orange finishing sauce – we have used this sauce on grilled pork chops, marinated flank steak, or as a dipping sauce for prosciutto-wrapped melon.
